Tuesday, April 25, 2006 at 08:48PM Wow, this has been busy month. The month started with me visiting Boston and the Kripalu Center in Lenox, Mass which was much more than I ever expected and was a really great way to spend the weekend.
I got back to to Toronto to celebrate Easter at home, then a trip to Calgary and then on to Edmonton where I met some very amazing couples.
Sunday, March 26, 2006 at 04:25PM I can't believe that Spring is finally here and that March is nearly over. The downside about March is that it's my birthday month which means I'm another year older.
Anyway, I just got back from Miami and the weather was wonderful...it didn't rain once and except for one day which was partially cloudy everyday was sunny and of course beautifully warm. I really enjoyed the energy of South Beach.
I will be there when the Yoga convention is on but I didn't know that until after I had booked myself to take a weekend workshop with Daniel Odier. However, I will be presenting at the convention on the Monday.
Monday, January 16, 2006 at 09:13PM Wow. What a trip! It was great and I accomplished everything I set out to do and more. We drove around the Volcano summit as well as around the entire island. The weather could have been warmer but seeing as most of the time was spent inside training it wasn't such a big deal.
The highlight of our trip was our Tantric initiation. My partner and I sat on the edge of a volcanic lava cliff with the waves crashing. Then a rainbow appeared followed by heavy heavy rain and finally even though it was still daytime the moon appeared. How absolutely perfect and magical was that.
It is awesome to know that the Universe totally supports us.
Monday, January 9, 2006 at 01:47PM And it's amazing. It's cold mind you (69degs F) but where I'm from this is a heatwave! The Big Island is quite spectacular with absolutely wonderful energy. I am now into my third day of training and its going really well with me finding that I am a developing a much deeper understanding of Tantra.
Thursday, December 29, 2005 at 08:04PM Only a week till I embark on my trip to Hawaii. And am I ever getting excited. I've never been to Hawaii before so I think I'm in for a treat but then its going to be so good to get away from the snow! I am currently working on setting intentions.....the most important first step.
